Active Property Sales was established by Susan Bardon in 2005 in the Mt Ommaney Shopping Centre, and initially comprised Susan Bardon and one salesperson. The team quickly grew to four, including Susan's husband Ross Bardon as property manager. By January 2007, the business had enjoyed tremendous growth, with a full-time staff team of five and several part-time employees.
Upon merging with the five directors and staff of Lowthian Heathcote Realty in December 2008 and moving to their larger and more prominent premises at Village Fair shopping centre, the Active Property Sales team comprised twenty full- and part-time staff in residential and business sales, residential property management and administration. |
